The Founder of GeoFocus has been involved in the management, supervision and administration of construction projects for over 40 years. Over the years we have established a reputation for completing projects on time and on budget and most importantly, in compliance with all applicable legislation.

The Founder of GeoFocus has participated in numerous condominium construction deficiency investigations, commonly referred in the condominium industry as Technical Audits. Furthermore, we have also participated and/or conducted land acquisitions analysis, financing arrangement, and the development and construction of many commercial, industrial, medical, residential condominium and private development projects in Canada, the United States and Italy.

The Founder of GeoFocus has also served as an appointed Officer to a number of Boards of Directors of Condominium Corporations and has also been retained to act as advisor to a number of Condominium Boards of Directors.

We are experienced in consulting condominium corporations Boards of Directors on Records review and major construction deficiency related problems. In collaboration with close professional associates we have participated in conducting a number of construction technical audits, records review and investigations, reserve fund analysis, value engineering analysis and financial loss recovery investigations in furtherance of settlement negotiation and litigation support.

Far Hills Club of Thornbury - GeoFocus 2000 Construction Services has recently been retained to provide Construction Manager and Contracts Administrator for the Far Hills of Thornbury project.

GeoFocus is familiar with and extremely proficient with the Ontario New Home Warranty Plan Act, Ontario New Home Warranty Plan, National Building Code, Ontario Building Code Act, Ontario Building Code and Ontario Fire Code.

The Founder of GeoFocus has also constructed numerous Condominium projects, acted as Declarant/Vendor/Builder, and served as President of the Board of Directors of a number of Condominium Corporations in Ontario.

Far Hills Club of Thornbury - GeoFocus 2000 Construction Services has recently been retained to provide Construction Manager and Contracts Administrator for the Far Hills of Thornbury project.

GeoFocus is a construction consulting firm that works directly for building owners and developers. Our staff is highly experienced in the GTA construction market. Combined, we have managed the placement of over one hundred million dollars worth of construction work during the course of our careers.
